Article Consulting Ltd was established by Cedi Frederick in 2016 to work with the ‘Leaders of Today and Tomorrow’ by supporting their thinking, planning and resilience.  Article offers a range of services including:

One-to-one coaching and mentoring support to Chief Executives and senior managers

Supporting Boards and Executive Teams in their strategic thinking, strategy and business development and through mergers and acquisitions.

Registered and middle Manager leadership and management training.

About Cedi Frederick

Cedi has over 25 years’ Chief Executive level experience leading large and complex housing and social care organisations, working across a range of sectors including, older people with dementia, people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems. 

Former staff of Cedi’s left his organisations to become CEOs in their own right, Directors of national organisations, partners in multi-national businesses and successful owners of their own businesses.  Now Cedi is using his experience, drive and passion as a CEO to support health and social care Leaders to achieve their organisation’s strategic and business objectives as well as their own individual goals
